What is rivet and nut rivet?
Micro Rivet and Nut rivet
Established in 1986, Specialist Aluminium Ltd. STI. It operates in various branches of the manufacturing sector and has taken the first step in the field of rivet manufacturing in Turkey by making the necessary infrastructure and machinery investments in 1998 to meet the needs of imported rivet users in Turkey.
The company manufactures the products of the Pop rivet and nut rivets, special alloyed aluminium and steel wires in accordance with din7337, ISO, TSE and RoHS standards, producing Micro rivet and Python rivet brands in full automatic machines.
Micro Rivet, which has more than 400 rivet dealers in Turkey, exports to 11 countries as of 2018 years.

Pop Rivets and Nut rivets
The Pop rivet is the fasteners used to assemble two or more materials. Unlike the screw, the parts to be assembled do not have to be teeth; So very thin materials can even be combined using rivets. The advantage of bolt and nut is that you can complete the defragmentation process without reaching the back side of the materials to be merged; Therefore, it is often referred to as “blind rivets”.
Quality Pop Rivets
When we started production in Turkey, the market was dominated by the rivets produced from the pipe. These rivets are weak and tend to be easily snapped when subjected to force after a while. In addition, the quick deterioration of the rivet gun causes rapid wear of the jaw. The body of the standard pop curtain is manufactured from a special alloyed aluminium wire. Special automatic cold forming machines with a full aluminum wire cuts the appropriate length; It makes the cap (flange) by pushing the material inside the wire to the outside of the fence by hitting it with high pressure inside the cut aluminum wires. The nail is produced in the same way as the special alloy steel wire.
After cleaning the manufactured body and nails from the oils, they are assembled as a fully automatic joining machine.
How to clear the shoddy rivet?
The quality rivets are made of unalloyed aluminium tubes instead of filled aluminium wires, and the head part is produced with a simple press. That’s why the hat parts are irregular. It depends on the strength of the aluminum alloy and the plaster-style production used to ensure that the bonding process is robust and long-lasting.
Quality pop rivets tend to break even in very small vibrations. The savings you try to make in small quantities using poor quality fasteners in your production; You will return your product dissatisfaction as a loss of customer and money.

Rivet Types and Rivet applications
Standard POP Rivet: Custom alloy aluminum body and steel nails
They can be used to combine almost any material, mostly metallic surfaces, and are the most commonly used rivets.
Wide-head POP Rivet: Special alloy aluminum housing and steel nails
Thanks to a wider flange compared to the standard pop perchine, the front percent of the materials to be combined is a fragile material, such as plastic, which provides a more robust grip, and the rivet head is embedded in the assembled material or Prevents the rivets from getting rid of.
Countersunk head Pop Rivet
Rear closed Pop Rivets
Octopus Rivet (spider rivet): Custom alloy aluminum body and steel nails
The standard pop Rivet body section expands and shortens during riveting process while providing a merge; The body of the Octopus Perman, thanks to its special nails, is divided into four “+” shape. In this way, the material on the back of the material to be combined is a fragile material such as plastic, which provides a more robust grip and prevents the rivet body from being embedded in the assembled material or the material to be rid of rivets.

Stainless Steel rivet: Stainless steel body and stainless steel nails
Aluminum/Aluminum Rivet: Custom alloy aluminum housing and custom alloy aluminum nails
Multigrip Rivet: Custom alloy aluminum body and steel nails
The rivet body, manufactured from a more potent material than the standard pop wig, provides a stronger riveting process thanks to the lines in the rivet body.

Nut Rivet: Special alloy Steel
The bolt tooth is applied to materials that are too thin to be opened, allowing the bolts to be applied even to the finest surfaces. After applying a nut rivet to a thin sheet of material, you can mount the desired material with a bolt.
